Shipping

Shipping guidelines in the continental USA:

- Free parcel shipping on purchases over $150 for items that fit in parcel boxes (less than 24" x 24"), like grilles, louvers, and diffusers. Otherwise, a $35 parcel shipping fee will be added

- Free pallet shipping on purchases over $1,500 for oversized items (larger than 24" x 24") like grilles, louvers,  diffusers, mini splits, etc. Otherwise, a $199 pallet shipping fee will be added.

- Free pallet shipping on purchases over $5,000 for other large/bulky items like ductwork. Otherwise, a $499 Pallet shipping fee will be added.

- Free shipping on all fabric duct projects.

Shipping to Non-Continental US and Canada will incur a 20% fee to cover costs. Larger orders may be assessed on a case-by-case basis to adjust costs.

Transit times for In-stock, ready-to-ship items normally take 2 - 5 days, depending on destination. Made-to-Order items may take 1 to 4 weeks to be ready to ship. We will provide tracking details once your order ships. You may contact us for more info or if you need a faster shipping speed

For your protection, Bulky, Irregular, or Fragile items may require shipment on a pallet. These cases may incur additional costs to ship via pallet and will be charged before shipping

 

Returns and Refunds

Materials can be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be in brand-new condition so they can be resold (not installed/uninstalled, no writing or changing the product boxes).

Customer will pay for either 1) shipping and up to a 15% restocking fee or 2) a 30% restocking and shipping fee. A refund may be generated 3 days after we receive and inspect the product.
