Shipping Within the Contiguous United States

Shipping charges are based on the products’ size and shipping requirements:

  • Parcel shipments: A $35 shipping fee applies to qualifying parcel products totaling less than $150. Parcel shipping is free when qualifying parcel products total $150 or more. Parcel products generally include items that fit in boxes measuring less than 24" × 24", such as qualifying grilles, louvers, and diffusers.
  • Oversized pallet shipments: A $199 shipping fee applies to qualifying oversized products totaling less than $1,500. Pallet shipping is free when qualifying oversized products total $1,500 or more. Oversized products generally include items measuring more than 24" × 24", such as qualifying grilles, louvers, diffusers, and HVAC equipment.
  • Large or bulky ductwork: A $499 pallet-shipping fee applies to qualifying ductwork orders totaling less than $5,000. Shipping is free when qualifying ductwork totals $5,000 or more.
  • Fabric duct projects: Fabric duct projects ship free within the contiguous United States.

Orders containing products with different shipping requirements may be divided into separate shipments and may include separate shipping charges.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Canada

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Canada is quoted separately based on the products, destination, and required shipping method. Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.

Processing and Transit Times

In-stock, ready-to-ship products normally arrive within two to five days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Production times for made-to-order products vary. Please refer to the availability and lead-time information shown on the applicable product page or order confirmation.

Tracking information will be provided when the order ships. Please contact us before ordering if you require expedited production or delivery.

Pallet and Special-Handling Shipments

Bulky, irregularly sized, oversized, or fragile products may require pallet shipment or special handling for protection.

If shipping requirements or charges differ from those displayed during checkout, we will contact you and obtain your approval before shipping the order.
