Shipping guidelines in the continental USA:

- Free parcel shipping on purchases over $150 for items that fit in parcel boxes like grilles, louvers and diffusers. Otherwise a $35 parcel shipping fee will be added

- Free pallet shipping on purchases over $1000 for oversized grilles, louvers,  diffusers, mini splits, etc. Otherwise a $299 pallet shipping fee will be added.

- Free pallet shipping on purchases over $5000 for other large/bulky items like ductwork. Otherwise a $499 Pallet shipping fee will be added.

- Free shipping on all fabric duct projects.

Transit times for In-stock, ready-to-ship items normally take 2 - 5 days depending on destination. Made-to-Order items may take between 1-4 weeks before they are ready to ship. We will provide tracking details once we ship your order. You may contact us for more info or if you need a faster shipping speed

Shipping to Non-Continental US and Canada will incur a 20% fee to cover costs. Larger orders may be assessed on a case by case basis to adjust costs.

For your protection, Bulky, Irregular Sizes or Fragile items may require shipment via pallet. These cases may incur on additional costs to ship via pallet and will be charged before shipping
