The DPL modular plaque diffuser is designed for 24” × 24” lay-in ceiling systems. Its aerodynamic distribution box and circular diffusion cone provide 360° air distribution, while an insulated box and round neck support connection to flexible ductwork. The plaque-style face provides a clean ceiling appearance for offices, shops, hospitals, and other HVAC installations.

Key Features:

• Lay-In Design: A 24” × 24” format integrates into modular ceiling grids.
• Air Distribution: An aerodynamic box and circular diffusion cone distribute air through 360°. An air shock plate supports airflow distribution.
• Material Options: Steel (DPL) and aluminum (DPLL) models are available. Steel construction includes a reinforced 26-gauge adapter box, an 18-gauge air shock plate, and rolled 26-gauge galvanized steel necks.
• Insulation: 1-1/2” fiberglass insulation rated R-4.2. R-6 and R-8 insulation options are also available; contact us to confirm availability and requirements before ordering a different insulation rating.
• Flexible Duct Connection: Round neck with a 3” collar. Available neck sizes are 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12”.
• Finish Options: White (Off White) is the standard stocking color. Metallic Gray and Matte Black finishes are also available.
• Availability and Lead Times: Availability varies by neck size, material, and finish. Select White steel configurations are generally stocked. Non-stock White steel sizes, Aluminum configurations, and Metallic Gray or Matte Black finishes are normally made to order, although nonstandard configurations may occasionally be available from stock. Made-to-order configurations have an estimated production lead time of 3–4 weeks. Shipping transit time is additional. Select all options to view availability for your exact configuration.
